Good practices to have Beautiful Skin


  • Drink plenty of water,  prefer eight glasses of water per day 
  • Go to bed before 11.00 pm at night and sleep for at least eight hours in a night
  • Do exercise regularly
  • Avoid smoking and drinking
  • Wear sunblock anytime you go outdoor
  • Choose a scent and chemical free skin care product
  • Develop healthy eating habits
  • Do full-body massage regularly
  • Smile regularly

Ance Treatment Diary

We're glad to have a 15 years old girl willing to experience our acne treatment. She has serious acne problem on her face, specially on her cheek and chin.  At first she tried our acne starter kit for 3 weeks; she decided to experience our treatment after she saw an improvement on her skin by using our product.

4 December 2012
She came to our salon for the first treatment, she had her first Acne Recovery+ Institute Treatment. It took 2 hours to complete the treatment. She was happy with the result and brought back another set of  acne starter kit. She will come back for second treatment sometime next week.





11 December 2012
She had her second treatment in our saloon. Her face got less active pimple if compared with first visit but more black head on her face now. She will come back for third treatment in this coming weekend.
